2. What is the difference between a package tour and a customised tour?

Our package tours are expertly crafted by travel specialists to showcase the highlights of Taiwan. They are ideal for travelers who want a convenient, well-rounded experience without the hassle of planning.

Package tours follow a fixed itinerary and cannot be modified. However, if you'd like to tweak an existing tour or build one from scratch, we offer customised tours tailored to your preferences. To get started, contact us at william.chang@pinho-travel.com or fill out our Create Your Trip form. Please note that custom tour prices differ from our standard packages.

3. What is the minimum group size for your tours?

Most tours require a minimum of 2 to 4 people. If the minimum is not reached, you may still join by covering the equivalent cost of the minimum group size.

4. Will it be a large group on a coach bus?

No. To ensure a high-quality experience, shared tours are capped at 12 participants. If your party exceeds 12, the tour is upgraded to a private format automatically.

5. What kind of transportation is used during the tours?

We match the vehicle type to your group size:

  • 2–3 travelers: 5-seater sedan

  • 4–7 travelers: 8-seater van

  • 8–12 travelers: 20-seater minibus

6. Will there be a tour guide?

Yes. All tours include a professional guide who accompanies you throughout the day:

  • Groups of 2–7: Driver-guide (one person handles both roles)

  • Groups of 8–12: Separate driver and guide for full support

7. How long does each tour day last?

Tour days usually run 8–10 hours, depending on the itinerary and traffic. We prioritize comfort and a relaxed pace.

8. Are your tours suitable for travelers with disabilities?

Some standard tours may not be accessible. However, we offer customised accessible tours with the following options:

  • Wheelchair-friendly vehicles

  • Accessible hotel rooms

  • Custom itineraries with barrier-free attractions

  • Rental assistance for wheelchairs/mobility aids
